The therapist of Body Stress Release Cheryl Brennon is obliged to act in accordance with legal regulations. The rights and obligations of the client and care provider are laid down in, among other things, the Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO) and the Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).

The therapist observes secrecy with regard to data provided by the client, which are stored in the file, with the exception of the data about which the client has stated that he/she does not object to the use for statistical purposes.

The therapist undertakes to provide information regarding the treatment to the client at all stages of the treatment. The client undertakes to provide relevant information to the therapist by means of anamnesis conversation.

The therapist will only provide treatment to children under the age of 12 in the presence of a supervisor (parent, caregiver or other responsible adult). For children between the ages of 12 and 16, the presence of a supervisor is not necessary. The therapist who works with children under the age of 16 concludes a written treatment agreement with both parents, provided they both have parental authority or guardian.

Treatment can be terminated at any time by mutual consent. If the person requesting assistance no longer appreciates or deems it necessary to continue the agreement, he/she can terminate it unilaterally. The therapist can only terminate the agreement unilaterally, stating arguments, if he cannot reasonably be expected to continue the agreement.

The client agrees to be included in the Body Stress Release Grant Cronje customer base.

The client agrees with the applicable rates, as stated on the website www.stress-support.info.

Payment method of the treatments will be made immediately after the consultation by debit card or cash at the treating therapist. In exceptional cases it is also possible by bank transfer.

The client undertakes to change an appointment in good time (at least 24 hours in advance), by telephone or e-mail, otherwise the costs of the time served may be charged.

The client is aware of the privacy statement .

The client has the right to view and/or change personal data and to have the medical file removed, forwarded to another practitioner or retrieved. If a client wishes to have the medical file removed, forwarded or collected, a written request must be submitted. This should be addressed to Body Stress Release Cheryl Brennon. If the client wishes to collect the medical file, it must be signed for receipt at the practice by the client or a (written) authorized person.

All possible adverse consequences resulting from the withholding of information present in the medical file at the general practitioner are the responsibility and account of the client.
